Justin M. Wudel, MD, is one of a select few fellowship-trained Facial Plastic Surgeons in the Twin Cities. He focuses on the vision his patients have, and then creates and carries out meticulous care plans to achieve the look they desire.

Courtney Bolduc is a dedicated healthcare professional with a diverse background in both clinical nursing and medical aesthetics. As a trained industry professional, Courtney brings a unique blend of dedication and focus to her practice — helping patients look and feel their best with both safety and expertise.

Michelle Estby
Michelle Estby is a welcoming and warm patient care liaison. With years of experience in medical scheduling and patient support, she helps keep every visit smooth and stress-free. Originally from St. Paul, Michelle has supported patients across dermatology and plastic surgery settings throughout the MSP metro.
Nicki Wick, LPN
Nicki Wick has been working in the medical field for over a decade. Her role as Clinical Supervisor means that she makes sure all Renew patients both enter and leave feeling safe, comfortable and cared for.

Erin studied surgical technology at the High-Tech Institute and has spent years specializing in ophthalmology and multi-specialty procedures — supporting surgeons and patients alike with calm focus.

Trained at Nova Academy of Cosmetology, Shelby brings both clinical experience and a deep love for helping people feel confident in their skin.
