Maxie Collen is an Aesthetic Coordinator at Renew Plastic Surgery with a passion for patient care and expertise as a Licensed Advanced Practice Aesthetician.

As one of the first points of contact for patients, Maxie helps create a seamless and welcoming experience from the initial phone call to each visit in the office. With her background in aesthetics and a strong understanding of patient needs, she enjoys helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their Renew journey.

Maxie trained at Imaj Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Scottsdale, AZ, and became licensed in 2025. She brings previous medspa experience as a licensed aesthetician, with training in a variety of treatments and modalities within the aesthetics industry. She is Barbicide certified, eyebrow lamination certified, and continues to expand her knowledge to provide knowledgeable and personalized support to every patient.
