Jessica McMillan is a dedicated clinic manager and advanced practice aesthetician with a passion for patient care. She brings warmth, expertise and attention to detail to every patient interaction. With nearly two decades of experience in aesthetics and front office coordination, Jessica draws on her esthetics training from St. Paul College to guide patients with confidence and care.

Michelle Estby is a welcoming and warm patient care liaison. With years of experience in medical scheduling and patient support, she helps keep every visit smooth and stress-free. Originally from St. Paul, Michelle has supported patients across dermatology and plastic surgery settings throughout the MSP metro.
