Aesthetic Coordinator

Ann Cullen is an Aesthetic Coordinator at Renew Plastic Surgery with a passion for patient care and expertise as a Licensed Advanced Practice Aesthetician.

As the first face patients see and the friendly voice they hear on the phone, she creates a calm, welcoming environment, blending her skills with a supportive touch. Known for her kindness and genuine approach, Ann ensures every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for from the moment they step in the door.

Ann has been a licensed Aesthetician since 2018, trained at Aveda, and earned her Advanced Practice licensure in 2023 at the Institute of Advanced Aesthetics. She is Barbicide certified, ZO Skin Health retail certified, and has focused on Advanced Aesthetics and Medspa treatments since 2023.

With nearly two decades of experience in aesthetics and front office coordination, Jessica draws on her esthetics training from St. Paul College to guide patients with confidence and care.

Michelle Estby is a welcoming and warm patient care liaison. With years of experience in medical scheduling and patient support, she helps keep every visit smooth and stress-free. Originally from St. Paul, Michelle has supported patients across dermatology and plastic surgery settings throughout the MSP metro.
