He presents with Papulopustular Rosacea, which is characterized by facial redness, inflammation, and acne-like bumps on the central face, along with skin sensitivity and occasional burning or stinging. Flare-ups can be triggered by factors such as heat, stress, spicy foods, and skincare irritation.
